Reed von Remscheid is a wonderful 5 year old 'lap dog' German Shepherd with a cinnamon coat. As one of our calmer middle-aged dogs, Reed is well-behaved, has a manageable energy level, and is amicable towards dogs and humans alike (but not cats!). He isn’t one to cause a ruckus and may be housebroken too, so if you’re looking for a dog that’ll be good at home, you’ve found the right one. As far as canine companions are concerned, Reed does best with dogs that are laid back just like him, as he prefers to go about his own business more often than not. That said, Reed has a prey drive and, therefore, is not eligible for households with cats or small animals.
